Privacy policy

In short

The SOS Botox website collects no personal data from its visitors. It offers no form, no visitor account and no newsletter. It uses no audience measurement, no advertising cookie, no social media button and no third-party service that would track your browsing.

Cookies and storage in your browser

Browsing the website sets no cookie and stores no data in your browser. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Only the administration area of the website, reserved for the editorial team, uses a session cookie. It is set only when a team member logs in, keeps that session open and is never set for visitors.

Third-party services

The fonts, images and scripts of the website are served by the website itself. No content is loaded from a third-party service (no Google Fonts, no embedded video, no map, no external analytics tool). Links to external sources only open if you click them; the destination website then applies its own privacy policy.

Server logs

Like any web server, the server hosting the website automatically records technical logs for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, response code, browser type and referring page. These logs are used only to keep the website running and secure (troubleshooting errors, protection against attacks).

They are not used to produce statistics or to identify you, are not combined with other data and are not shared with anyone, unless required by law (court order). They are deleted automatically on a rolling basis: the server only keeps a limited volume of them, and they are also deleted each time the website is updated.

This processing is based on the legitimate interest of SOS Botox in keeping its website secure. The server is located with the hosting provider IONOS (see the « Legal notice » page).

Health data

The website collects no health data. Do not send information about your health by any other means (e-mail, social media): for a question about your situation, ask a doctor.

Your rights

As the website keeps no data that could identify you, in practice there is no data about you to access, correct or delete. You nevertheless have the rights provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act: access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), at cnil.fr.

Changes to this policy

Should the website start collecting data (contact form, audience measurement), this policy would be updated before that processing begins.
